Zinc is an essential mineral that you’ll find in your body’s cells, and it’s vital for enzyme reactions in the body. Zinc is necessary for healthy hair, nails, and skin, but it must be sufficiently absorbed into the bloodstream to do its job.
This is where the science stuff comes in - to ensure Zinc is adequately absorbed into the bloodstream; our friend Zinc must be ‘bound’ in a certain way.
The Zinc that we use, Zinc Bisglycinate, is bound by two molecules of the amino acid glycine. So by using this type of Zinc, we know it’s absorbed well in the gut.
Healthy fats can be found in fatty fish, seeds & nuts, olive oil, avocado, or in an omega-3 supplement, such as Guud Inside.
Although there's not an approved health claim for this, studies have revealed that healthy fats (omega-3) have an anti-inflammatory effect and therefore could have a positive effect on the skin.

Ideally yes. We recommend you take your supplements with a meal, not on an empty stomach to avoid gastrointestinal problems. Swallow them with water and not with coffee. Some vitamins and minerals are less well absorbed by the body when you take them with coffee.
Our supplements are as natural as possible. We use Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC) for our capsules instead of (bovine) gelatin. Hydroxypropyl cellulose is derived from wood cellulose.
In many dietary supplements, you will find silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate, and titanium dioxide. These substances are used to fill the capsules better and whiten the capsules. We do not use silicon and titanium dioxide because EFSA (European Food & Safety Agency) no longer considers these substances safe due to their negative influence on the genetic material (genotoxicity).
We offer a natural alternative using rice concentrate, starch, and transparent HPMC capsules.
That's why you will find very few additives in our products!
