Sometimes you may want to return an order. Perhaps because you do not like the product or maybe there is another reason why you do not want the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason.
To initiate a return for your order, kindly send an email to email@example.com, including your order number and the reason for the return.
You have another 14 days to return your product after cancellation. You will then be credited for the full order amount including shipping costs. You are only responsible for the return costs from your home to the shop. These costs are €12 per parcel. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to Guud with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original state and packaging. To exercise this right you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, or you can make another unambiguous statement in which you declare to revoke the agreement using the form below. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after notification of your return provided the product has already been received in good order.
For products where hygiene is important, such as supplements, these products cannot be returned for health reasons if the seal has been broken after delivery. Products that spoil quickly or have a limited shelf life cannot be returned either, especially in the case of supplements if the expiry date has passed. If you have damaged or opened your products during use, the return is invalid. So treat the product with care and make sure it is packed properly when you return it.
The purchase amount (minus return costs) will be refunded as soon as possible but no later than 14 days after the revocation. We will refund you using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not be charged any fees for such refunds.
If you have a subscription to our products, you can cancel it at any time.
If the amount has already been debited from your account, you will only be able to cancel your subscription against the next scheduled payment. Please refer to our Subscription Terms and Conditions.
Would you like to exchange your product? That is no problem at all. Please contact email@example.com. However, you will have to bear the cost of returning the product yourself.
