Salmon with Asparagus

The benefits of salmon and green asparagus during the ovulatory phase.

From a nutritional point of view, certain foods can be particularly beneficial during this period, helping to support general health and hormonal well-being. Two foods that stand out are salmon and asparagus. Salmon helps to regulate menstrual cycles while reducing inflammation. The presence of folate in asparagus is beneficial for the ovulatory phase.

Ingredients :

  • 400 g (wild) salmon
  • 10 green asparagus
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • flat leaf parsley
  • 4 lemon slices
  • lemon juice
  • salt pepper

Instructions :

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Place the salmon in a baking dish and brush with a few spoonfuls of olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper.
  • Arrange the green asparagus around the salmon and place lemon slices on top.
  • Place the tray in the oven and bake for 18 minutes.
  • Finish the dish with parsley and serve with lettuce and cherry tomatoes.

Tip :

If you don't like salmon, you can certainly replace the salmon with fresh tuna.
