Big fan of Flow

I’ve been using these supplements for over a year now and the positive impact on my overall well-being has been incredible. My hormone balance feels more regulated thanks to Flow and therefore became indispensable in my daily routine. I suffered a lot from cramps in the past and the magnesium provided by Vibes has greatly helped. Finally, Glow, has been beneficial for my hair and nails. I appreciate all three supplements but Flow is my absolute favourite as it is the only supplement so far that helped replenish my iron deficiency. I’ve already spread the word many times to my friends.

Heel tevreden

Mijn energie is goed verdeeld doorheen de dag. Vooralsnog merk ik geen veranderingen voor mijn menstruatiepijn, maar misschien moet ik hiervoor langer de supplementen nemen of is er nog een andere oorzaak.

Goede combinatie

Gebruik het nu een maand en ik merk al verschil, heb in die maand weinig tot geen last gehad van hoofdpijn of acne waar ik zonder Guud wel veel last van had! Qua vermoeidheid merk ik voorlopig geen verschil, helaas...Ik ben alvast blij met het resultaat.

Deze drie supplementen zijn echte lifesavers voor me! Ik heb een regelmatige cyclus met amper hormonale acné. Mijn haar is op z'n best en ik voel me mijn hele cyclus lang goed (of toch een stuk beter dan voorheen)!

Guud Glow and Flow contains everything you need for healthy skin, hair and nails - zinc, selenium, vitamin E, vitamin C, copper and high-quality herbs. All these ingredients have been scientifically proven to support your skin.



Zinc is an essential mineral that you’ll find in your body’s cells, and it’s vital for enzyme reactions in the body. Zinc contributes to normal hair, skins and nails, but it must be sufficiently absorbed into the bloodstream to do its job.

This is where the science stuff comes in - to ensure zinc is adequately absorbed into the bloodstream; zinc must be ‘bound’ in a certain way. The zinc that we use, zinc bisglycinate, is bound by two molecules of the amino acid glycine. So by using this type of zinc, we know it’s absorbed well in the gut.



Guud Vibes contains a natural form of magnesium oxide derived from algae (Aquamin), magnesium citrate and bisglycinate. The choice of magnesium citrate and bisglycinate (the best absorbable form of magnesium) ensures better absorption in the body. This yields better results. In addition, this prevents side effects such as digestive problems. Magnesium citrate and bisglycinate can be found in high-quality magnesium supplements.



No, Glow contains plants and herbs so we can not advise this during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Flow actually contains zinc aswell so and as it's a complete multivitamin it might be the right one for your skin and hair aswell. Flow also contains vitamin C, that contributes to normal collagen formation for skin function!



For best results, we recommend taking our supplements in conjunction with a healthy lifestyle: a varied diet, stress-busting routines, exercise, low/no alcohol, and lots of happy times.

Our supplements are created with research-informed ingredient combinations, scientifically proven to tackle the hormone-related complaints many women face. Our ingredients are all linked to official health claims so that women can support their cycle and health.

There are several factors that determine how long it takes for a supplement to start working. A balanced diet and lifestyle is the starting point. In addition, your body may also have certain nutrient deficiencies. The less they are present in your body, the longer it takes before you notice whether something 'starts working'. If there is a greater deficiency of a particular nutrient, it will take longer for the level of that nutrient to normalize.



We have formulated the supplements to ensure you don’t consume too much of one ingredient, meaning they’re safe to take all 4 (Flow, Glow, Inside & Vibes) together without exceeding the daily recommended amount of certain vitamins and minerals. Limit the intake of extra zinc via a zinc supplement (10 mg and above) to a few weeks or months.



Ideally yes. We recommend you take your supplements with a meal, not on an empty stomach to avoid gastrointestinal problems. Swallow them with water and not with coffee. Some vitamins and minerals are less well absorbed by the body when you take them with coffee.



Our supplements are as natural as possible. We use Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC) for our capsules instead of (bovine) gelatin. Hydroxypropyl cellulose is derived from wood cellulose.

In many dietary supplements, you will find silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate, and titanium dioxide. These substances are used to fill the capsules better and whiten the capsules. We do not use silicon and titanium dioxide because EFSA (European Food & Safety Agency) no longer considers these substances safe due to their negative influence on the genetic material (genotoxicity).

We offer a natural alternative using rice concentrate, starch, and transparent HPMC capsules.

That's why you will find very few additives in our products!



All our supplements are free from gluten, wheat and lactose and are suitable for vegans. They don’t contain added sugar, preservatives or artificial colourings.
