Returns & Right of Withdrawal

It may happen that you wish to return an order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days after receipt, without giving any reason and without any extra costs, except for the direct return costs.

You can let us know clearly and unambiguously that you wish to withdraw from the purchase via:

  • Email: support@guudwoman.com (recommended for fastest processing)

  • Post: written letter to our address

  • Phone or chat via our website

You may use the standard withdrawal form for this, but it is not mandatory.

Return costs
Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
You can choose how to return the products (via Bpost, PostNL, DPD, etc.).

If you wish to use our return label, we charge €12 per package, which covers:

  • shipping costs,

  • processing of the return in our warehouse,

  • administrative handling.

If you choose your own shipping method, you only pay the shipping costs charged by your chosen carrier.

If your order is returned to our warehouse because you did not collect the package in time, a €5 fee will be charged.

Timeframe and refund
After notifying us of your withdrawal, you have another 14 days to return the products.

We will refund you:

  • the full purchase price of the returned products,

  • plus the original shipping costs of the cheapest standard delivery option,
    within 14 days after your withdrawal notice.

We may wait to refund you until we have received the products, or until you provide proof that they have been sent (with track & trace), whichever comes first.

Exceptions – products that cannot be returned
For reasons of health protection and hygiene, we cannot accept returns of sealed food supplements if the seal has been broken after delivery.

Unopened products with an intact seal can be returned within the withdrawal period.

Condition of the product
You may handle and inspect the product as you would in a physical store.

It can also be returned without the original packaging or with minor signs of use, but you are responsible for any depreciation caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.

If the product has become unsellable as a result, this compensation may be up to the full purchase price.

Subscriptions
The right of withdrawal also applies to subscriptions:

  • Within 14 days after taking out a subscription, you can withdraw from it.

  • The subscription will then be terminated, and only goods that can no longer be returned (e.g. because they have been opened) will be charged.

  • After the withdrawal period, you can cancel a subscription at any time for the next scheduled payment (see our Subscription FAQ).

Exchanging a product
Would you like to exchange a product? You can! Please contact support@guudwoman.com.
Return shipping costs are at your own expense.

Incorrect address provided
Have you accidentally provided the wrong delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible.

We often start processing and shipping orders immediately after receiving them. As a result, in many cases it is no longer possible to change the address once the order has been processed.
If a change is still possible, we will, of course, make the adjustment for you.
