Subscription FAQ
Do you need to skip one delivery but, after that, you want to resume your usual schedule? Not a problem!
You can do this by just logging in to your account and clicking on “Manage Subscriptions”. You will be able to edit your subscription details in the dashboard.

Sometimes we just have enough Guuds to keep going a little bit longer, that’s when it might come in handy to change your next planned delivery.
Or do you feel like you might benefit to receive your Guuds every 45 or even 60 days? That’s ok!

Whether you are on holiday or you’ve just moved house, you can have your Guuds delivered to your preferred address.

Do you want to add a one-off product to your order or edit permanently the Guuds you receive?
You can add or swap products in your subscription by simply logging in to your account and clicking on “Manage Subscriptions”. You will be able to edit your subscription details in the dashboard.

You can cancel your subscription any time, but we will be sad to see you go.
You can do this by just logging in to your account and clicking on “Manage sSubscription”. You will be able to cancel your subscription details in the dashboard.
