Salmon with Asparagus

The benefits of salmon and green asparagus during ovulation.

Nutritionally, certain foods can be particularly beneficial during this period, helping to support overall health and hormonal well-being. Two standout foods are salmon and asparagus. Salmon helps regulate the menstrual cycle and reduces inflammation. The folic acid in asparagus is beneficial during ovulation.

Ingredients:

  • 400 g (wild) salmon fillets
  • 10 green asparagus
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • flat-leaf parsley
  • 4 lemon slices
  • lemon juice
  • salt & pepper

Preparation method:

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Place the salmon in an oven dish and brush it with a few spoons of olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper.
  • Arrange the green asparagus around the salmon and top with lemon slices.
  • Place the dish in the oven and bake for 18 minutes.
  • Garnish the dish with parsley and serve with lettuce and cherry tomatoes.

Tip:

If you don't like salmon, you can certainly replace it with fresh tuna.
