Zinc is a mineral found in your body's cells. It contributes to the maintenance of normal hair, skin, and nails, but it must be absorbed into the bloodstream in sufficient quantities to do its job.

To ensure that zinc is properly absorbed into the bloodstream, zinc needs a friend to pull it through the bloodstream.

That's why we use zinc bisglycinate at Guud. Zinc bisglycinate is bound by two molecules of the amino acid glycine. By using this type of zinc, we ensure your intestines absorb it properly.

Healthy fats can be found in oily fish, seeds, nuts, olive oil, avocado, or in an omega-3 supplement, such as Guud Inside.

Although there is no approved health claim, studies have shown that healthy fats (omega 3) have an anti-inflammatory effect and can therefore have a positive effect on the skin.

Yes. We've formulated the supplements so you don't get too much of any one ingredient, meaning you can safely take all four (Flow, Glow, Inside, and Vibes) together without exceeding the recommended daily allowance of certain vitamins and minerals. Limit your zinc intake via a zinc supplement (10 mg or more) to a few weeks or months.

Our supplements are as natural as possible. For example, we use Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose (HPMC) for our capsules instead of (bovine) gelatin. Hydroxypropylcellulose is made from cellulose, an important complex sugar found in wood and plants.

Many nutritional supplements also contain silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate, and titanium dioxide. These substances are used to improve capsule filling and to make them white. We do not use silicon and titanium dioxide because the EFSA (European Food & Safety Agency) no longer considers these substances safe due to their negative effects on genetic material (genotoxicity).

By working with rice concentrate, rice starch and transparent HPMC capsules, we offer a natural alternative.

In any case, you will find very few additives in our products!

All our supplements are gluten-, wheat-, and lactose-free and suitable for vegans. They are also free of preservatives, added sugars, and artificial colors.

Yes, we recommend taking your supplements with a full meal, not on an empty stomach. Swallow them with plenty of water and not with coffee.

Some vitamins and minerals are less well absorbed by the body when you take them at the same time as coffee.
