Guud Flow contains 500 mcg of Quatrefolic® per capsule, a readily absorbable, active form of folic acid. Synthetic folic acid is not biologically active – to become biologically active, an enzyme in your body must metabolize it. Unfortunately, this enzyme doesn't work properly in many people, preventing the folic acid from working effectively.
With Quatrefolic® you don't have to worry about conversion, because with Quatrefolic® you use the active form, which your body can absorb immediately.
The recommended additional intake before and during pregnancy is between 400 and 500 mcg, so if you are pregnant, you do not need to take anything extra if you take Guud Flow.
DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg DHA (i.e., two capsules per day).
Maternal intake of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) contributes to the development of the brain and eyes of the fetus and breastfed infants. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 200 mg DHA.
Guud Vibes contains algae-derived magnesium (Aquamin), magnesium citrate, and bisglycinate. Magnesium is often sold as magnesium oxide, which is difficult for the body to absorb and causes many gastrointestinal problems.
The body absorbs magnesium citrate and magnesium bisglycinate (naturally bound forms of magnesium) better. This also gives better results. In addition, you avoid the risk of stomach and intestinal problems. Magnesium citrate and bisglycinate are used in high-quality magnesium supplements.
No, Glow contains certain plants and herbs, so we cannot recommend this supplement during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Another option is Guud Flow: this supplement contains zinc, and because it's a complete multivitamin, it can be an interesting choice to support your skin and hair. Guud Flow also contains vitamin C, which contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal functioning of the skin.

Yes. We've formulated the supplements so you don't get too much of any one ingredient, meaning you can safely take all four (Flow, Glow, Inside, and Vibes) together without exceeding the recommended daily allowance of certain vitamins and minerals. Limit your zinc intake via a zinc supplement (10 mg or more) to a few weeks or months.
Our supplements are as natural as possible. For example, we use Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose (HPMC) for our capsules instead of (bovine) gelatin. Hydroxypropylcellulose is made from cellulose, an important complex sugar found in wood and plants.
Many nutritional supplements also contain silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate, and titanium dioxide. These substances are used to improve capsule filling and to make them white. We do not use silicon and titanium dioxide because the EFSA (European Food & Safety Agency) no longer considers these substances safe due to their negative effects on genetic material (genotoxicity).
By working with rice concentrate, rice starch and transparent HPMC capsules, we offer a natural alternative.
