Frequently asked questions
Guud Flow is a multivitamin designed to support women’s cycle and hormonal balance. It contains folate (Quatrefolic®), among other nutrients, and is safe to continue using during pregnancy if desired.
Guud Prenatal is also a multivitamin, specially formulated to support women who are actively trying to conceive and to promote a healthy pregnancy. Unlike Guud Flow, it contains no vitamin A, and includes Choline (Phosphatidylcholine) and Quatrefolic®.
Many prenatals use choline bitartrate, a water-soluble form that peaks quickly in the blood. But fast doesn’t mean better. Phosphatidylcholine, our choice, is fat-soluble and absorbed more gradually — with longer-lasting and more targeted delivery to the brain, liver, and placenta. This makes it more effective for supporting fetal development.
Guud Prenatal contains Quatrefolic® a bioavailable, active form of folate (5-MTHF) that your body can absorb and use immediately. This is especially helpful if your body struggles to convert regular folic acid.
In Guud Prenatal, we use Phosphatidylcholine, a superior form of choline that plays a key role in your baby’s brain and liver development. This ingredient is more sensitive to moisture and heat, so to protect it properly, we use stable and safe fillers like magnesium stearate and calcium carbonate.
In Guud Flow, we use rice starch a softer, plant-based filler. It’s perfect for that formula, but not ideal for more sensitive, fat-like ingredients such as phospholipids (like Phosphatidylcholine).
And of course, we stay true to our standards: no titanium dioxide, no silicon dioxide, ingredients often found in other supplements, but not in ours.
Yes, you can take it with Guud Vibes, Inside, and Vitamin D. Don’t combine it with Guud Flow (another multivitamin) or herbal products like Glow or Preimenopause when pregnant or trying to conceive.
Ideally yes. We recommend you take your supplements with a meal, not on an empty stomach to avoid gastrointestinal problems. Swallow them with water and not with coffee. Some vitamins and minerals are less well absorbed by the body when you take them with coffee.
