Guud Flow is a multivitamin that supports women with their cycle and hormonal balance. It contains folic acid (Quatrefolic®) and is safe to use during pregnancy, should you wish to continue taking it.
Guud Prenatal is also a multivitamin, specially developed for women who are actively trying to conceive and support a healthy pregnancy. It doesn't contain vitamin A like Guud Flow and does contain choline (phosphatidylcholine) and quatrefolic.
Many pregnancy vitamins use choline bitartrate—a water-soluble form that peaks quickly in your blood. But fast doesn't always mean better. Phosphatidylcholine, our choice, is fat-soluble and is absorbed gradually. This allows it to reach the brain, liver, and placenta more effectively and for a longer period of time. This makes it more effective for your baby's development.
Guud Prenatal contains Quatrefolic®, a bioavailable and active form of folate (5-MTHF) that your body can absorb and use immediately. Ideal if your body has difficulty converting regular folic acid.
In Guud Prenatal, we use phosphatidylcholine, a superior form of choline that's crucial for your baby's brain and liver development. This ingredient is slightly more sensitive to moisture and heat, so to protect it properly, we choose stable additives like magnesium stearate and calcium carbonate.
In Guud Flow, we use rice starch, a gentler, plant-based bulking agent. It's perfect for this formula, but less suitable when it contains sensitive fatty substances like phospholipids (e.g., phosphatidylcholine).
We remain true to our standard: no titanium dioxide, no silicon dioxide chemical fillers that you often find in other supplements, but not in ours.
Yes, you can safely combine it with Guud Vibes, Guud Inside, and Vitamin D. Do not combine it with Guud Flow (also a multivitamin) or with herbal formulas such as Glow or Perimenopause if you are pregnant or trying to conceive.
