Promotion Terms and Conditions for New Customers

  1. Suitability

    This promotion is available to new customers who register for a monthly subscription via the Guud BV (hereinafter Guud) website.

    • A “new customer” is defined as a person who has never purchased or subscribed to a Guud product before.
    • Customers who have an active subscription for two or more products are also not eligible for this promotion, even if they are subscribing to a new product for the first time.

  2. Promotion period

    The promotion begins on September 21, 2024, and ends on October 31, 2024. Guud reserves the right to change or cancel the promotion at any time without notice.

  3. Discount details

    Qualifying new customers will receive an additional 8% discount on their monthly subscription.

    • This discount remains in effect for the duration of the subscription and remains valid until the customer cancels the subscription or Guud decides to end the promotion.
    • Guud reserves the right to cancel or change the discount at any time, but any changes will not affect customers already receiving the discount, unless otherwise stated.

  4. Limits

    • The promotion is limited to one use per customer.
    • This promotion is non-transferable and cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions or offers.

  5. Exclusions

    This promotion does not apply to customers who currently have a subscription to two or more Guud products.

    • If you have two or more subscriptions, you are not eligible for this offer.
    • In case of violation of the terms and conditions, Guud reserves the right to cancel the discount without prior notice.

  6. Other Conditions

    By participating in the promotion, customers agree to these terms and conditions. Guud reserves the right to change or modify these terms at its sole discretion.
