Every morning deserves an exceptional breakfast! How do you start the day right? With a good breakfast, rich in vitamins like bananas, mangoes, apples, and pears. And don't forget spinach, which is also packed with iron . A perfect source of energy to start a yoga class or a workout in the summer sun.
Ingredients:
- 2 frozen bananas
- half an apple or pear
- 50 ml coconut water or nut milk
- ¼ avocado
- 2 handfuls of spinach
- 80 g frozen mango
- lemon juice
Preparation method:
- Place all ingredients in a blender.
- Add the liquids first, then the softened pieces, and then the frozen/hard pieces. This is better for your blender. P.S.: Make sure the mixture isn't too runny; a soft-serve texture is best.
- Serve the smoothie bowl with granola, cacao nibs, seeds, coconut flakes, and fruit pieces.
Tip:
Don't worry, you'll barely taste the vegetables when you mix them with different types of fruit like banana or mango.
