To give yourself maximum energy during menstruation, it's advisable to eat a rich and balanced diet. Whole-wheat pasta is rich in vitamins B1 , B2, B3 , and B6 , and mussels are rich in iron . They prevent anemia.
Ingredients:
- 1 kg vongole shells
- ½ bunch of parsley
- 3 stalks of parsley
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 400 g whole wheat pasta
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- chili flakes
Preparation method:
- Finely chop the garlic cloves and parsley stalks and place them in a hot pan with a little olive oil. Sprinkle with a generous pinch of salt, pepper, and dried chili flakes. Cook briefly until the aroma is released.
- Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package.
- Add the clam shells to the pan with the oil, cover and toss to combine.
- After 3 to 4 minutes, the shells will begin to open. Keep shaking the pan until they've all opened. Then remove the pan from the heat.
- Drain the pasta and toss it well with the shellfish. Garnish with some finely chopped parsley.
