Cauliflower Steak

Cauliflower, often underestimated, is actually an invaluable ally for health, especially during the premenstrual phase. It's a good ally for gut health, and by regulating hormones, it helps ward off the sometimes unpleasant premenstrual symptoms (cramps, acne, moodiness, etc.). This easy-to-prepare vegetable is an effective way to improve your well-being during this part of your cycle.

Ingredients:

  • 1 large cauliflower
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon tarragon
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes
  • paprika powder
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 3 tablespoons sesame seeds

Preparation method:

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  • Cut the cauliflower into thin slices of 2-3 cm.
  • For the marinade, mix together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, tarragon, chili flakes, minced garlic, paprika, sesame seeds, salt, and pepper.
  • Place the thin slices of cauliflower on the baking sheet and brush them with the marinade.
  • Bake the cauliflower in the oven for 35 minutes.
  • Serve with sweet potato and a fresh salad.
