Buckwheat Pancakes

Boost your diet during menstruation, and even more so in winter, with nutrients and minerals by choosing foods rich in omega-3s . The following recipe is perfect for this!
Ingredients:
- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup buckwheat flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1/2 cup sparkling water
- a pinch of salt
- vanilla sugar (optional)
- coconut oil
- blueberries
Preparation method:
- Mix all ingredients (except the coconut oil and blueberries) together until smooth.
- Heat a frying pan on the stove and brush with some coconut oil.
- Cook the batter for 2-3 minutes, or until small bubbles appear on the pancakes. Flip them over and cook the other side until golden brown.
- Sprinkle the pancakes with blueberries and a topping of your choice. Enjoy!
Tip:
Buckwheat is not a grain and therefore contains no gluten.
