Yes, hormonal contraception will deprive your body of certain vitamins and minerals. We recommend taking folic acid, vitamin B, zinc, and magnesium. These ingredients can be found in Guud Flow and Guud Vibes.
Guud Flow contains 500 mcg of Quatrefolic® per capsule, a highly absorbable active form of folic acid that provides the best results for your health.
Synthetic folic acid is not biologically active – an enzyme in your body has to convert it. Unfortunately, this enzyme doesn't work properly in many people, meaning the folic acid doesn't do its job properly.
With Quatrefolic®, you don't have to worry about metabolism because you take the active form, which your body absorbs immediately. This way, you get the Guud stuff right away.
(Folic acid intake increases the woman's folate status. Low folate status is a risk factor in the development of neural tube defects in the fetus.)
Guud Vibes contains algae-derived magnesium (Aquamin), magnesium citrate, and bisglycinate. Magnesium is often sold as magnesium oxide, which is difficult for the body to absorb and causes many gastrointestinal problems.
The body absorbs magnesium citrate and magnesium bisglycinate (naturally bound forms of magnesium) better. This also gives better results. In addition, you avoid the risk of stomach and intestinal problems. Magnesium citrate and bisglycinate are used in high-quality magnesium supplements.

Yes, we recommend taking your supplements with a full meal, not on an empty stomach. Swallow them with plenty of water and not with coffee.
Some vitamins and minerals are less well absorbed by the body when you take them at the same time as coffee.
All our supplements are made in Belgium and are approved by the FASFC and have a notification number.
Our supplements are as natural as possible. For example, we use Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose (HPMC) for our capsules instead of (bovine) gelatin. Hydroxypropylcellulose is made from cellulose, an important complex sugar found in wood and plants.
Many nutritional supplements also contain silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate, and titanium dioxide. These substances are used to improve capsule filling and to make them white. We do not use silicon and titanium dioxide because the EFSA (European Food & Safety Agency) no longer considers these substances safe due to their negative effects on genetic material (genotoxicity).
By working with rice concentrate, rice starch and transparent HPMC capsules, we offer a natural alternative.
In any case, you will find very few additives in our products!
We have formulated the products so that you can safely take all 4 (Flow, Glow, Inside & Vibes) together without exceeding the daily recommended amount of certain vitamins and minerals.
Tip: Don't take Guud Flow and Glow at the same time, as they're both multivitamins. Taking them together can be heavy on the stomach. Take Flow with breakfast and Glow after dinner.
