Promotion Terms and Conditions for New Customers

1. Eligibility

   This promotion is open to new customers who sign up for a monthly subscription through Guud BV’s (further Guud) website.

   • A "new customer" is defined as any individual who has not previously purchased or subscribed to any product from Guud.
   • Customers who hold an active subscription for two or more products are also not eligible for this promotion, even if they are subscribing to a new product for the first time.

2. Promotion Period

   The promotion begins on Sept 21st 2024 and ends on Oct 31st 2024. Guud reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice.

3. Discount Details

   Eligible new customers will receive an additional discount of 8% on their monthly subscription.

   • This discount will continue to apply for the duration of the subscription and will remain valid until the customer cancels the subscription or Guud decides to discontinue the promotion.
   • Guud reserves the right to cancel or modify the discount at any time, but any changes will not affect customers already receiving the discount unless otherwise specified.

4. Limitations

   • The promotion is limited to one use per customer.
   • The promotion is not transferable, and cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or offers.

5. Exclusions

   This promotion does not apply to customers who currently hold a subscription for two or more products with Guud.

   • If you have two or more subscriptions, you are not eligible for this offer.
   • In case of any breach of the terms and conditions, Guud reserves the right to cancel the discount without prior notice.

6. Other Terms

   By participating in the promotion, customers agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Guud reserves the right to change or amend the terms at its discretion.
